Our products
We sell English learning books in digital PDF format ("eBooks"). We do not sell or ship physical books. Each product page describes the book's content, number of pages and price.
Your account
You need an account to buy and download eBooks. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Age
Our eBooks are suitable for teenagers and adults. To create an account and buy on this Website, you must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create the account and make the purchase for you, and they are responsible for your use of the Website. The eBooks can then be used by the learner for their own study.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ or Rs.) and are shown on each product page.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
- We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect orders you have already paid for.
Delivery
eBooks are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, you can download your eBook from My Account → Orders. For details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy
Your licence to use the eBooks
When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download it and read it on your own devices, or the devices of the learner you bought it for, for personal learning. You may print pages for personal study.
You may not:
- share, copy, upload, resell, lend or distribute the eBook or any part of it, whether for free or for payment;
- post it on websites, file-sharing services, messaging groups or social media;
- remove or change any copyright notice;
Copyright
Our eBooks and the content on this Website were created and put together by English Learning, including the choice, arrangement, editing and design of the material. Don’t copy, share or resell our eBooks, or present them as your own. The rules for using the eBook you buy are set out in section 6 above.
Refunds
Because our eBooks are digital products available immediately after purchase, all sales are final, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy
Educational content
Our books are designed to help you learn English. Your progress depends on your own study and practice, so we cannot guarantee any particular result, exam score, admission or job outcome.
Limitation of liability
We provide the Website and eBooks "as is". To the extent allowed by law, English Learning is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or eBooks. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
