Digital products only
All our books are digital eBooks in PDF format. We do not sell or ship physical books, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is sent by post or courier.
How you receive your eBook
Your eBook is delivered online as soon as your payment is confirmed. Here is how to buy and download it, step by step:
- Choose your book(s). Open the book you want and click Add to cart, or click Buy now to go straight to checkout. To buy more than one book, add each one to your cart.
- Go to your cart and check out. Click the cart icon at the top of the page, check your books, and continue to checkout.
- Sign in or create an account. At checkout you will be asked to sign in, or to sign up if you are new. Your account is where your eBooks are kept.
- Enter your billing details. Fill in your name, email, phone number and billing address.
- Make the payment. Pay securely through Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. After payment you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Open your orders. After your order is complete, click your name at the top of the page, choose My Account, then click Your Orders.
- Open your order. Click your order number in the Sales Orders list (for example, S00009).
- Download your eBook. Scroll down to the Documents section. Your eBook PDF is listed there: click it to download. If you bought more than one book, each one is listed separately.
Delivery time
Downloads are usually available immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, payment confirmation from the bank or payment provider can take a little longer. If your download is not available within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.
Access to your eBook
You can download your eBook again at any time from My Account → Orders, using the same account you used to buy it. The PDF can be opened on a computer, tablet or phone with any standard PDF reader.
Problems with your download
If your file does not download, does not open, or appears damaged, contact us with your order number and we will send you a working copy.
