Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed with English Learning. Our full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy are available on our website.
- Products. We sell English learning books as digital eBooks in PDF format. No physical books are sold or shipped.
- Prices. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the website at the time of your order.
- Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Razorpay.
- Delivery. After your payment is confirmed, your eBook is available to download from My Account → Orders, in the Documents section of your order.
- Licence. Each eBook is for personal learning by the buyer, or by the learner it was bought for. Sharing, copying, uploading or reselling the eBook is not permitted.
- Refunds. Because eBooks are digital products available immediately, all sales are final, except for download problems, duplicate payments, or payment taken without delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
- Age. Buyers must be 18 or older. Learners under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to buy for them.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
